Udomlug (Nok) Siriphonlai joined the Board of Health in 2022. She is the Deputy Commissioner of Public Works in White Plains, where she oversees water, wastewater and storm facilities operations; manages the design of water, sewer, storm utilities and capital projects and supervises the assessment and evaluation of the design of all projects affecting utilities.

Prior to joining the City of White Plains, Ms. Siriphonlai was an Associate Engineer at the Westchester County Health Department where she administered environmental programs that regulate the construction and operation of private, public and municipal water and sewerage systems and other environmental facilities.  She was responsible for enforcing provisions of public health law for water supply, wastewater, land development, public swimming pool and air pollution control engineering. Ms. Siriphonlai conducted investigations and represented the Department of Health on matters related to environmental health in administrative hearings and helped develop public health policies.

Ms. Siriphonlai is a Licensed Professional Engineer in New York and Connecticut.  She currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of The New York State Society of Professional Engineers, Inc. Westchester/Putnam Chapter.

Ms. Siriphonlai earned a BS and MS in Chemical Engineering at Manhattan College. She lives in White Plains with her husband and two children.
