The mission of the Westchester County Early Intervention Program Local Early Intervention Coordinating Council is to advise the Early Intervention Official regarding the planning for, delivery and assessment of the early intervention services for eligible children less than three years of age and their families. To ensure the availability of family centered, coordinated services across those systems of care that touch the lives of children birth to three years of age.

The LEICC is comprised of members that include parents of children ages 3 through 12, and community partners such child care agencies, DSS, Community Mental Health and local school districts.
