Westchester County Department of Health

We would like to invite you to join a health discussion with the Know Better, Live Better program, an initiative that aims to promote health and connect community members with healthcare services in Westchester.

Members of the community lead each discussion session, which is an interactive learning experience where participants are expected to join the conversation. Discussion leaders are known as Trusted Messengers, and they receive training from the Department of Health to increase health knowledge in their communities. By signing up, you will participate in a one-hour information session where you can talk to the Trusted Messenger about your health concerns and goals, and have access to a healthcare professional from the Department of Health to answer any of your questions.

Please note that there are options to sign up for information sessions taking place in person or virtually. If you select a virtual information session, we will send you a calendar invitation with a WebEx video conferencing link. Double-check to ensure the e-mail is correct when you sign-up.
