Family Health

Don’t smoke, eat right, exercise! You have probably heard it again and again because these are important aspects of being healthy. If you have ignored the advice until now, know that it is never

too late to take steps towards a more healthy lifestyle. If you have abided by this advice, know that there are other things you can do to prevent illness.
In Westchester, we have programs to help you stop smoking, help get you (or keep you) fit. Good health is more than just physical — we have mental health programs to help as well. If you don’t

see what you are looking for, then go to our Health Topics- Listing of Services.

Parents are their children's representatives when it comes to healthcare.  No one else will look after their healthcare needs with greater interest.  Parents must take an active role in ensuring their

children receive the healthcare that is right for them.
