See clinic schedules for hours and days of the week of operation. Normal business hours in our service locations are from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, except holidays. Some evening clinic hours also offered.

Notice of Privacy Practices
Most of us believe that our medical and other health information is private and should be protected, and we want to know who has this information. The Privacy Rule, a Federal law, gives you rights over your health information and sets rules and limits on who can look at and receive your health information. The Privacy Rule applies to all forms of individuals' protected health information, whether electronic, written, or oral. The Privacy Rule is available in both English and Spanish.

Complaint Bureau
Call (914) 813-5000 for public health emergencies 24 hours a day; call for referrals and  public health information weekdays between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

Early Intervention Program
Family-centered therapeutic and support services for infants and toddlers under age three with developmental delays.

Flu Prevention
For up-to-date information about vaccinations and the seasonal flu in general.

Food Service Establishment Program
Inspections, permits, complaint investigations, foodborne illness prevention, plan reviews.

Go Before You Show
A countywide campaign to encourage pregnant women to seek prenatal care in the first three months of their pregnancy and link them to a prenatal care provider.

Health Insurance (NY State of Health)
Free or low-cost health insurance for all children and teens under 19 years of age.

Healthy Mom, Healthy Baby
By calling 2-1-1,  pregnant women can get help to connect to prenatal care, apply for insurance coverage for prenatal care and receive care for themselves and their baby. 

Hazardous Materials Response
Emergency incident response, complaint investigations, hazardous waste site investigations, hazard assessment and chemical substance information.

Healthy Heart Strategies
Information and intervention to promote heart healthy lifestyles.

HIV/AIDS Counseling and Testing
Free and confidential counseling and testing; health education. Assists medical providers and their patients in notifying partners about potential HIV exposure; referrals to community services.

Immunization Service
Free immunizations for children from birth to age 21 to prevent childhood diseases.

Individual Sewage Disposal Systems and Individual Well Water Supply Systems
Permits, inspections, construction complaint investigations, plan reviews.

Petroleum Bulk Storage (PBS)
Monitoring, testing, registration, and enforcement of regulations for PBS tanks.

Prenatal Care
Through the Go Before You Show and Healthy Mom/Healthy Baby initiatives, pregnant women can call 2-1-1 and get help with insurance and with finding a prenatal care provider.

Preschool Education Program
Services such as speech therapy, physical therapy and special education for children three to five years old with developmental disabilities. 

Public Water Supply Program
Public water supplies encompass community and non-community drinking water systems. Activities include inspections, permits, complaint investigations, plan reviews and surveillance sampling.

Rabies Information Line
Educational information available at (914) 813-5010. Physician assessment of animal exposures 24 hours a day/7 days a week, preventive treatment following exposure, low-cost rabies vaccination clinics for dogs and cats, rabies testing of suspect animals, education.

Radiological Health
X-ray facility inspections, complaint investigations.

Water pollution control activities related to NYC watershed, Long Island Sound, Hudson River, other rivers, streams and lakes. Inspections, permits, complaint investigations of sewage overflows and other water pollution discharges, overflows from individual sewage disposal systems, plan reviews, surveillance, planning.

WIC Program
Supplemental food, nutrition education and referrals for health care for eligible pregnant and breastfeeding women and for infants and children to age five.
